We are excited to be recruiting a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team at Cardonald Dental Clinic

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in delivering a warm, professional, and efficient front-of-house experience. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of clinicians and dental professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care.

About the Role:

• Welcoming patients to the practice in a friendly and professional manner

• Managing appointments and diaries using dental software (SOE/Exact experience desirable)

• Handling patient enquiries both in person and over the phone/email

• Supporting the clinical team with efficient communication and administration

• Maintaining patient confidentiality and a high standard of customer care at all times

About You:

• Previous experience in a dental receptionist role preferred

• Confident, professional, and personable with excellent communication skills

• Organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment

• Comfortable with IT systems and open to learning new software

• A team player with a patient-focused approach

• Positive attitude and keen to be part of a growing, supportive team
